We have built over 120 office and retail interiors in 30 states, and know every side of this business, including how to get your project done on time and on budget. Every job is personally managed by the owner, Bart Millar, who founded the company in 1994. In Santa Barbara, absolutely NO ONE has a portfolio like ours.

Most projects range between 400 and 10,000 square feet. Scope of work ranges between a minimum-cost move in to a complete demo and build-out, including first concept store and national roll-out of A, B, C or vendor shops --we have done it.
